The restoration, museumisation and preventive conservation of Les Sorres X.

Abstract

This article attempts to summarise all the information directly and indirectly related to the preservation of the archaeological remains of the ship Les Sorres X. We need to understand the process of transforming the wood was carried out, from its excavation to its museumisation, to know all the decisions taken and know what actions have been
taken. All this information is important in order to anticipate which factors, both internal and external, may jeopardise conservation.
